Arguments

map

An acmap object

value

A list, where each entry is a vector of indices for homologous antigens, or a length 0 vector where no homologous antigen is present

Value

A list, where each entry is a vector of indices for homologous antigens, or a length 0 vector where no homologous antigen is present.
